Under the CBSE guidelines to observe ‘Swachhta Pakhwara’ around 500 Bhartiyans and their families took a stand for ‘Swachh Bharat’. In pursuance of their objective of the Swachhta Abhiyaan ‘Ambassadors of Cleanliness’ of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Udham Singh Nagar volunteered themselves along with their parents, taking up the praise worthy task of cleaning religious places and parks in their vicinity . Students learnt the core value of the dignity of manual labour as well as created awareness among the masses through their little contribution in the cleanliness drive. Principal Mrs Bandana Sethi lauded the wonderful initiative taken by the Bhartiyans and their parents in the National drive.
